Well let me start this review off by getting mad at my fellow reviewer Peter Johnston. You see he reviewed this before I got and now I am ticked off because he nailed this album perfectly and now I have nothing to add (btw, good review Pete). Taking the wind from my bigmouth is a sure way to vex me. That said, this is some damn good stoner-fuzz rock that can only be described as Kyuss meets Queens of the Stone Age, (goddammit I know Pete said it, but he nailed it 100%). There is also a bit of Clutch and Mastodon in here just for fun. The bass is overpowering and the drums weigh a ton. However while the rhythm is heavier than a fat guy with a piano sitting on your back this album can get pretty mellow at times, making it very useful for zoning out and staring into space. When it gets heavy, it's probably a good idea to have a car ready because there is some good driving music here. This is a damn fun record though, even if it is a little too nice for my regular tastes.

Ah, Fuck it. Just read Pete's review since his came out first and is better than anything I can add to it anyway. Since sarcasm does not always carry well in text let me state that I actually harbor no anger towards my co-worker for doing a great review of a record I am reviewing. There is no impending doom headed his way.
