F.K.Ü., "Sometimes They Come Back...to Mosh"

Freshly finished wailing all over Terror 2000 for writing what could be the stupidest album ever recorded, Terror For Sale, I’m all ready to stomp on F.K.U. for trying the same thing on Sometimes they Come Back…To Mosh. The fact, however, is that I can’t because F.K.U. actually ARE FUNNY and the music on this CD is pretty good too. Imagine new-school euro-thrash with beautiful, shiny production mixed with gore touches reminiscent of Engorged, and an attitude akin to Ghoul in that they’ll spoof everything metal and horror that they can think of. It’s somehow a winning combination. Sure, they’re totally retarded, and they have songs that make fun of everyone from Morbid Angel to Monster Magnet to Stephen King, but they can actually play, and songs like “Moshoholics Anonymous” and “Agent Amy Steel” are fucking funny. So if you have the itch to listen to something a little less serious than …well…most of the metal out there, it may be that you need to check out F.K.U., and if you’re still itching, check your grundle in case you’ve become host to the carnivorous Chud worm.
